Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and effective operation of the airport.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the aircraft
Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely operations
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of passenger and cargo information
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and international aviation regulations
Continuously strive to improve customer service and operational efficiency Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality is preferred but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with market-competitive salary and benefits.
