The Assistant Operations Manager oversees day-to-day resort operations to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, and financial profitability. This hands-on leadership role requires managing multi-departmental coordination, resolving guest concerns promptly, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & Guest Experience
Monitor daily resort operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Activities, and Maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, facilities, and amenities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards.
Act as the primary escalation point for guest feedback, complaints, and special requests, maintaining high service delivery and guest retention.
Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for VIP guests, groups, and events.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise, coach, and mentor operational staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to service standards.
Assist with shift scheduling, duty rosters, labor cost control,



and workload distribution.
Lead daily briefings and operational check-ins with shift supervisors.
Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations

Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality workplace.
Skills:
Robust leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
Hands-on knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar software.
Multi-tasking ability under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of resort amenities (spa, activities, F&B;, banquet operations).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
