Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Solar Consultants.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
Achieve appointment-setting targets.
Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills.
CRM experience preferred.
Experience in the Australian Solar Process will be an added advantage.
