A two year old IT Services company is looking for Biz Talk Consultants

Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
A minimum of 3 years of development experience with the .NET platform
Deep knowledge of Microsoft products including: Visual Studio .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services and BizTalk server
Must have 2 years of database design and development experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Must have at least 1 year of MS BizTalk (2004 or 2006) experience (2 years + is preferred)
Experience and deep level of understanding of XML, XSL and XPath
Experience in BizTalk deployment strategies and high availability solutions is a plus
Experience and knowledge of WCF and WF (.NET 3.0) is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of SOA and ESB concepts is a plus
Previous experience leading a .NET project is a plus
Solid ability to work in a customer-facing workplace
Ability to quickly learn current concepts and software is necessary
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
