Location: Cochin, Kerala, India Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager to join our team in Cochin, Kerala. As the Area Business Manager for Tanishq, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the overall business operations in the designated area. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Tanishq in the designated area
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations




Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business insights to senior management Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business management, preferably in the jewellery industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Knowledge of the local market and jewellery industry in Cochin, Kerala is preferred
Willingness to travel within the designated area as required Additional Parameters:
Experience in the SMR (South Market Region) is a plus
Knowledge of local languages is preferred
