Responsible for Repair and Maintenance of all types of Press Tools.
Responsible for Tool Spare Maintaining
Responsible for Current Tool Development On-Time First Time Right
Responsible for downtime cost reduction.
Here s what we are looking for:
Knowledge in Tool Materials Maintenance
Knowledge of handling all types of conventional machines.
Knowledge of machine hour calculation.
Knowledge in Tool Development, manufacturing, assembly trials
You bring to Aditya:
Knowledge in Tool Design, Tool processing
Knowledge in GD T
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques
Knowledge in handling all types of jigs/fixtures and Gauges.
