FABRICH Decor is a premium home décor and furnishing brand offering stylish curtains, fabrics, upholstery, rugs, and curated décor solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build solid client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Identify and generate recent business prospects through direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain solid relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and corporate clients.

Generate leads, conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and convert prospects into customers.

Present FABRICH Decor’s products, collections, and furnishing solutions to prospective clients.





Develop partnerships and referral networks with relevant industry professionals.

Track sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Experience in interior décor, home furnishings, textiles, furniture, building materials, real estate, or a related industry will be an advantage.

Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
