Role Responsibilities:
Preparing the daily accounts and financial records
Accounting Monitoring for daily payments, daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
Reconcile bank account for Solar business
Co-ordinate and Communicate with Project teams on solar projects, systems
Prepare authorized payments/ expenses/ store vouchers
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports
Assist in preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules
Prepare the documents for Bank disbursement for loans, Other agreements BG, LC, Foreign Remittance Etc.
Ensuring Statutory compliances in terms of Service Tax TDS
Adhering to Internal Compliance guidelines
Documentation Management
General Correspondence and Communication
Performing periodic reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Preparation of Cash Flow, Budget, Profit Loss Account and Balance sheet

Quantifiable results/deliverables(KRAs) expected from the position:

Ensure compliance

Skills Knowledge (Technical Competencies ) required for the position

Knowledge of Microsoft office i.e. Word, Excel, power point. Accounting, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Tally Accounting Software SAP.

Excellent attention to detail

Solid analytical and communication skills

Ability to work on own and as part of a team

Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word

Salary: INR 4,00,000 7,00,000 P.A.
