Facility Maintenance: Inspect and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical grids, and kitchen equipment.
Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and direct maintenance staff and outside contractors.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with fire safety, health codes, and local building regulations.
Budget Control: Track energy use, manage operating expenses, and plan capital improvement projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
