Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Build and execute state-level business plans to increase market share and revenue.
Financial Management: Oversee the state budget, track financial performance, and control operational costs.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor regional teams and local managers.
Sales & Growth: Identify new market opportunities and manage key local client accounts.
Operations: Ensure all state locations follow company rules, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience:



3 to 5 years in business management, sales leadership, or regional operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Leadership: Robust skill in coaching staff and building teams.
Communication: Transparent verbal and written skills for reporting to corporate executives.
Data Analysis: Ability to read financial reports and use market data to make choices.
