Responsible for handling patient billing, cash collections, receipts, refunds, and daily financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities: Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions. Prepare and collect patient bills accurately. Issue receipts and maintain proper billing records. Handle admission, discharge, pharmacy, laboratory, consultation, and other hospital-related payments.

Process refunds as per hospital policies and procedures. Maintain daily cash collection and transaction reports. Reconcile cash and payment records at the end of each shift. Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Respond to patient and bystander queries regarding billing and payments. Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information. Work in rotational shifts,



including weekends/holidays when required.

Qualifications &

Skills: Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as a hospital cashier . Good knowledge of cash handling and billing procedures. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital billing software. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and in a busy hospital workplace. Hospital experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
