Think Right is looking for a dedicated Center Head to lead our playschool operations. The role includes managing teachers, supporting staff, ensuring child development, and maintaining a nurturing, well-run setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure quality curriculum delivery and child progress
Maintain a secure, hygienic, and engaging learning space
Build strong parent relationships and handle feedback
Oversee daily operations, admissions, and team coordination
Other Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday is a half-day)
NDA/Bond: 2 years
Travel: The role involves travel as part of the responsibilities.
