– CENTRE HEAD

Position: Centre Head

Reports To: Director Ma’am

Location: Ramgarh

Age: 28–45 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month with incentives

Office time: 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the school centre.
Supervise teachers, admin, support staff, guards, drivers, and other employees.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and performance.
Ensure proper implementation of academic activities, school policies, and SOPs.
Maintain student safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline.
Handle parent queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate admissions, events, PTMs, activities, and staff meetings.
Maintain school records, inventory, maintenance, and daily reports.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Curriculum, and Management.

Key Accountability
Centre Operations: Ensure smooth, disciplined,



and productive functioning of the centre.
Staff & Academic Performance: Ensure staff accountability and quality implementation of academic activities.
Parent & Student Satisfaction: Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly workplace while addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements
Graduate; B.Ed./ECCE/Management qualification.
2–5 years of experience in school/centre administration.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Qualified, responsible, approachable, and child-friendly personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
