Act as the primary coordinator between clients and internal teams keeping communication transparent, timely, and professional.
Translate client requirements into structured, actionable briefs for creative, strategy, and performance teams.
Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and campaign rollouts across multiple accounts.

Project timeline management - juggling multiple accounts, deliverables, and approvals simultaneously.
Cross-functional collaboration - comfort working with Creative, Strategy, Social, SEO, Performance, Marketplace, Influencer, and Production teams.
Digital marketing fundamentals - working knowledge of Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketplace Marketing (Amazon/Flipkart), Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing.
Presentation skills - supporting client decks, performance reports, review meetings.
Stakeholder management - handling multiple priorities/deadlines without dropping balls.
Proactive, solutions-first attitude - spotting upsell/account growth prospects.
