Job Purpose: The position is accountable for understanding the Query/request /complaint of the customer, coordinating with the respective stakeholders and resolving and sharing the resolution with the customer within the stipulated time.
:
Responsible for email communication with the customer and if required, connect with the customer over the phone to detail the resolution
Responsible for coordinating with the respective stakeholders like partners, internal teams, inter department to resolve the Query of the customer.
Share the MIS on a daily basis.
Understand the process and recommend process changes when the query is monotype
