About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant to join our Costing Team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing costing, product costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and cost audit.
Key Responsibilities
Product costing, standard costing & BOM management
Product-wise & plant-wise cost sheets and profitability analysis
Raw Material, WIP & Finished Goods inventory valuation
Cost audit coordination and compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Material, Labour & Overhead variance analysis
Factory overhead absorption and cost centre allocation
Manufacturing cost budgeting & forecasting support
Yield,
wastage & process-loss analysis
Costing for recent products, process changes & CAPEX proposals
SAP costing module & master data management
Support statutory audit, internal audit & management reporting
Required Skills
CMA / ICWA qualified
2–4 years of relevant costing experience
Solid knowledge of Cost Accounting & Standard Costing
Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Hands-on experience with SAP / ERP
Advanced MS Excel skills
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning & inventory management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
