We are hiring a Barista for a premium coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other café drinks.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Process customer orders and handle billing/POS transactions.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in opening and closing café operations.





Qualifications
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Certificate in Barista Training or Hotel Management is an added advantage.

Experience
1–2 years of experience as a Barista or Café Crew.
Freshers with a passion for coffee and customer service are encouraged to apply.
