As an Application Lead, you will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to provide the best candidate & employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
-Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
-Ensure the quality, security, reliability,
and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
-Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
-Continuously up-skill, learn recent technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind. Qualified & Technical Skills:
High proficiency and 8+yrs of technical experience in programming languages: Java
Experience in REST API Design
Experience in GraphQL Schema DesignExperience with NoSQL Data Modeling (Azure Cosmos NoSQL)
Experience in Data Streaming (Confluent Kafka)
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud
Hands-on experience in Authentication and Authorization (OAuth 2.0, MSFT EntraID)
Familiar with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure Monitor, API Management, etc) Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
The position is based out of Pune and 3 days WFO is mandatory from Kharadi.
A 15 years full time education is required.
