What you'll be doing
Taking on projects as they arise and seeing them through to completion.
Using AI tools daily — research, drafting, summarising, basic analysis, images and video — and checking output before it goes out.
Preparing presentations, briefing notes and short reports.
Preparing meeting material, recording decisions and following up on action points.
Setting up templates and trackers so recurring work becomes quicker.
Tracking open items so nothing is missed.

Owns work start to finish; flags problems early.
Follow-through. Deadlines met; work does not need chasing.
Initiative. Notices what needs doing and gets on with it.
