We are hiring a full-time Embroidery Puncher / Designer for our Surat-based unit. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, production-ready embroidery designs and punch files as per buyer and production requirements. Immediate availability is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Digitize and punch embroidery designs using professional embroidery software
Convert artwork into high-quality embroidery files suitable for bulk production
Select correct stitch types, density, underlay, and sequencing
Make edits and corrections as per sampling and production feedback
Ensure designs are compatible with embroidery machines and fabrics
Handle logo, garment, and decorative embroidery designs
Maintain proper file management and version control
Coordinate with sampling and production teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years experience as an Embroidery Puncher / Digitizer
Proficiency in Wilcom software
Solid understanding of embroidery machines and stitch behavior
Knowledge of fabrics, threads, stabilizers, and embroidery techniques
Ability to work from AI, PDF, JPG, PNG artwork files
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
