We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide a smooth experience before and after purchase.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and website
Assist customers with orders, customization, payments and delivery-related queries
Follow up on NDR, delayed and undelivered orders
Coordinate with the courier team for shipment-related issues
Handle cancellations, address changes and order updates as per company policy
Maintain proper records of customer conversations and issues
Resolve customer complaints professionally and politely
Follow up with customers when required to complete their orders/customization




Coordinate with the internal team for urgent or special customer requests

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets
Problem-solving attitude
Patient, polite and customer-friendly
Previous e-commerce/customer support experience is a plus

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
