We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will help manage product listings, orders, inventory, customer queries, promotions, and marketplace activities to ensure a smooth shopping experience and productive ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Process and monitor online orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Respond to customer queries and resolve basic order-related issues.
Monitor product availability, pricing, and website/marketplace performance.
Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and current product launches.
Maintain accurate ecommerce records and reports.
Identify listing errors and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends.
Support daily ecommerce operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.

Requirements




0–3 years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplace operations.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of inventory and order-management systems.
Basic understanding of ecommerce analytics and digital marketing.
Experience with product catalog management and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
