We are looking for an energetic and responsible Franchise Support & Telecalling Executive to join our JYCSM team.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with our Franchise Centers, regular follow-ups, solving basic franchise-related issues and supporting registration growth.

Key Responsibilities
Daily calling and follow-up with JYCSM Franchise Centers
Maintain regular communication with franchise owners
Follow up regarding student registrations and pending activities
Understand franchise problems and coordinate with the concerned team
Reactivate inactive franchise centers through regular follow-up
Maintain daily call and follow-up records
Update franchise status and significant information
Prepare daily/weekly activity reports




Support the Operations Team in franchise-related activities
Maintain a qualified relationship with franchise owners

What We Expect
Valuable communication skills
Bengali communication is essential
Basic English/Hindi communication is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge
MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge preferred
Confident in speaking over phone
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow up consistently and achieve assigned targets

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
