About the company A well-established IT systems integration company, headquartered in Bangalore, helping enterprises build and run their technology backbone across data center, cloud (hyperscaler, private and on-prem), cybersecurity, networking and managed services. As we expand nationally, we're hiring one regional Sales Manager each in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi/NCR.

The role A quota-carrying, individual-contributor sales role. You'll own enterprise accounts in your region, hunt recent logos, and drive the full sales cycle for our infrastructure, cloud, security and managed-services portfolio, engaging CXO and IT decision-makers and working alongside OEM and technology partners.

Key responsibilities
Own and deliver an annual sales target across data center, cloud, cybersecurity, networking and managed services
Hunt and win current enterprise logos while growing existing accounts
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning with pre-sales, commercials,



negotiation and closure
Build strong CXO and IT-leadership relationships across your accounts
Work with OEMs and partners (hyperscalers, security and infrastructure vendors) on joint pursuits
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and reporting

What we're looking for
8+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience with a proven track record of carrying and hitting a quota
Recent experience selling IT infrastructure, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, networking or managed services (systems-integration or OEM/partner background preferred)
Ability to close enterprise deals and engage CXO-level stakeholders
Based in the region you're applying for (Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata or Delhi/NCR) with an established local enterprise network
Solid communication, negotiation and account-management skills
