Monitoring of IT Assets of the Bank 24X7
Ensuring 100% uptime of the DC and DR 24X7
Co-ordinating with DC/DR Co-location service providers to ensure adequate power and colling is available in the cage area
Co-ordinating with ISP to commission backhaul links etc.

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in CS, IT / MCA
Monitoring of Server Hardware performance
Monitoring of Network device performance
Daily Health Check-up of hardware
Tagging of Assets and mapping it with ITSM Asset Management System
Upgrade Data Center Hardware
DC Migration Support
Monitoring of Power Utilisation and generating monthly reports.
Routine Temperature check
Current Hardware Rack Stack with necessary CR
Rack level network cabling
Vendor coordination for any part replacement wiht ISP for connectivities
Tracking of all assets moving in and out of Data Center
Managing Data Center Contracts and SLAs
