We're looking for a driven e-commerce specialist to own and scale Native Milk's online presence — across our D2C website (nativemilk.co.in), Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy Instamart. You'll be the engine behind our digital growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive sales & revenue across website, Amazon & q-commerce channels

Own product listings, SEO & content quality across all platforms

Plan and execute paid ads — Amazon Ads, Google, Meta

Manage inventory, forecasting & fulfilment coordination

Run promotions, deals & campaigns aligned to platform calendars

Analyze performance data and iterate rapidly

Collaborate with operations and marketing teams

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

Proven track record of scaling an F&B; or FMCG D2C brand — from early stage to meaningful revenue

Hands-on experience launching or scaling on Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart — you know how qcomm works end to end

Valuable to have

3–6 years in e-commerce, ideally in F&B; or dairy/perishables





Solid grasp of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central; Meta Algo;

Performance marketing chops — ROI-first mindset

Data-driven — comfortable owning dashboards & weekly reviews

Excellent cross-functional communication skills
