Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance & Banking to manage the complete finance function, banking relationships, working capital, export finance, taxation, and MIS for our 100% export-oriented business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
Handle working capital management and banking relationships.
Manage Import LC opening, Export LC, export invoices, bill discounting and factoring.
Oversee GST filing, GST refunds and statutory compliance.
Manage export receivables, collections, cash flows and fund requirements.
Prepare and monitor MIS, cash-flow statements and financial reports.
Manage bank limits, working capital facilities and financial negotiations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants and internal teams.
Ensure solid financial controls, compliance and timely reporting.
Candidate Profile
CA preferred; CMA/other relevant qualifications may be considered.
15+ years of experience in end-to-end finance management.
Solid experience in export finance, banking and working capital management.
Hands-on knowledge of LCs, export documentation, bill discounting, factoring and GST refunds.
Experience in manufacturing/export/FMCG will be preferred.
Robust banking relationships, negotiation and leadership skills.
