Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analyses for storm water drainage projects.
Develop DPR cost estimates, abstract estimates, project cost summaries, 5-year O M estimates, and funding requirements.
Prepare cost inputs for tender documents, including BOQs, NITs, cost schedules, and engineer's estimates.
Verify quantities, review drawings, and ensure consistency between designs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Coordinate with design, hydraulic, GIS, and survey teams for quantity verification and DPR preparation.
Attend technical meetings, coordinate with the Client, and provide cost-related support during project reviews and approvals.
Prepare progress reports and ensure timely submission of estimation deliverables.
Ensure compliance with Government SOR, CPHEEO/PWD standards, contractual requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, calculations, assumptions, and cost records.

Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of quantity surveying and cost estimation principles.
Proficiency in Government Schedule of Rates (SOR), CPWD/PWD specifications, and CPHEEO guidelines.




Solid understanding of storm water drainage construction methods and project costing.
