BiE Beauty is a fast-growing beauty brand focused on creating innovative, high-quality skincare and beauty products. We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern to help scale our digital marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
Research target audiences and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights.
Assist in budget allocation and campaign scaling based on performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Eagerness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with digital marketing certifications or personal projects is a plus.
