Job Type: Full Time We are seeking a highly experienced HOTO Snagger with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and be able to efficiently identify and rectify any snags or defects in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of MEP systems to identify snags or defects
Document and report any issues found during inspections
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of snags
Maintain detailed records of all snags and their resolutions
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience as a HOTO Snagger in the MEP industry
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
Work Experience 1. Proficient in identifying and resolving snags in MEP systems
Robust attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems
