CTC: ₹10–11 LPA Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare fabric maintenance work packages covering fabrication, painting, coating, insulation & corrosion repairs.
Define job scope with Operations, Engineering, Site Teams & Contractors.
Estimate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, permits, risks & dependencies.
Prepare work plans for secure scheduling, execution & contingency planning.
Manage maintenance orders, backlog health, field feedback & execution readiness.
Coordinate onshore/offshore execution and stakeholders.

Eligibility
5+ years of relevant experience in Fabric Maintenance / Inspection / Maintenance Planning.
Oil & Gas, offshore or asset-intensive industry experience preferred.
Hands-on SAP maintenance planning & work-order lifecycle experience required.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
