Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure proper usage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in laundry services if required.
Deliver excellent guest service and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school or equivalent education preferred.
Prior experience in housekeeping is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
