Requirements-
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry.
At least 2–3 years in a leadership role within Food & Beverage operations.
Luxury 5-star hotel experience or reputed International Franchise Restaurant Chian is preferred.
Past experience of high profile Mediterranean or Pan Asian will be an advantage
Extremely pleasant appearance, personality, and attitude
Exceptionally qualified guest handling and maintaining relationships
Degree or Diploma in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations,



including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and lounges.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards.
Supervise, mentor, and develop F&B; teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
Drive revenue through menu engineering, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
