Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic FOH Steward to join Spartan Fitness Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by welcoming members and guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present the menu and assist customers with recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient order delivery.
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Clear and reset tables promptly after use.
Handle customer requests and resolve minor service-related concerns courteously.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.




Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
Upsell menu items and promote special offerings whenever appropriate.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); a diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience as a Steward, Waiter, Server, or in a similar customer service role.
Experience in restaurants, cafés, clubs, or hospitality establishments is preferred.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional grooming and appearance.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Positive teamwork and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
