Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, source-code management, application deployments, and Windows Server settings. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on knowledge of Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, SonarQube, and application hosting.

Roles and Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and monitor CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Support application builds and deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
Manage source-code repositories using Git, GitHub, and Azure Repos.
Assist with branching, pull requests, merges, versioning, and release management.
Integrate and maintain SonarQube code-quality checks within CI/CD pipelines.
Support the provisioning and maintenance of resources in Azure and AWS.
Deploy and host applications on Windows Server using IIS and Windows services.
Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, server problems, and application configuration errors.
Assist with backups, rollbacks, workplace configurations,



and release documentation.
Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure reliable releases.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment processes.
Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Azure Repos, and source-code management.
Familiarity with SonarQube and code-quality analysis.
Basic experience with Windows Server and IIS application hosting.
Understanding of branches, pull requests, merges, and conflict resolution.
Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or a similar language.
Positive troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Docker, YAML pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure as code.
Azure, AWS, or DevOps-related certifications will be an added advantage.
