Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.
Collect, verify, and analyze data from different locations within the zone.
Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.
Track sales performance, targets, achievements, and productivity.
Coordinate with Zonal/Regional teams for data collection and updates.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Handle attendance, manpower, and other operational MIS as required.
Provide data-driven insights to the management for decision-making.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Candidates with sales/MIS experience in the mobile/FMCG industry will be preferred.
Laptop is mandatory.
Should be comfortable coordinating with teams across the assigned zone.
