Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates, employees, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the nodal person for internal coordination.
Ensure proper communication between teams.
Coordinate and follow up on assigned activities related to T&D; and Recruitment.
Monitor pending tasks and their completion.
Maintain coordination-related records and report.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,



Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals and HR software is an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
