We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities along with supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from job requirement to candidate onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Conduct resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Support employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Support PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
