Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel files.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
Handle leave management and attendance monitoring.
Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data.
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Organize employee engagement & motivational activities.

Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS) Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify hazards.
Prepare and update risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
Organize safety training and environmental awareness training programs.
Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.




Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor the use of PPE and ensure compliance.
Maintain fire safety equipment and coordinate periodic inspections.
Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance.
Monitor air, water, and noise pollution as required.
Maintain EHS records, legal registers, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate internal and external EHS audits.
Lead safety committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Promote safety awareness through campaigns, posters, and awareness programs.
Ensure contractors and visitors follow safety procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
