Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts.
Manage joining formalities and ensure successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as open positions,



interview status, offers, and joining ratios.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
