We are looking for an HR Executive to manage talent coordination and onboarding activities. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless candidate experience from offer rollout to joining, while coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners. Key Responsibilities:

Roll out offer letters and manage offer acceptance and follow-ups

Handle end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities

Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants

Schedule interviews and manage stakeholder coordination

Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and HR documentation

Ensure smooth execution of internal HR processes Requirements

2–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination Strong experience in offer management and onboarding processes.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Valuable understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR operations

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
