Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.
Monitor production line performance, productivity, cycle time, and downtime.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved work instructions and quality standards.
Identify and resolve production-related problems and bottlenecks.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to control defects, rework, and rejection.
Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and materials.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores/Material Planning.
Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and downtime reports.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety and production requirements to operators.
Train, guide, and evaluate production operators.
Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and shift allocation.
Investigate root causes of production issues using methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, and PDCA.
Ensure proper handling and traceability of components and finished products.
Support internal, customer, and system audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
