We are looking for enthusiastic BBA/MBA (HR) students or fresh graduates to join our HR team as interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities, making it an excellent prospect to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
Support HR operations, attendance records, and MIS reports.
Participate in employee engagement and HR initiatives.




Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Pursuing or completed BBA (HR) or MBA/PGDM (HR).
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
