About the Role

AVW Global Transports and Logistics LLP is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
Work closely with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain will be an added advantage.
