Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate with clients and understand hiring requirements.

Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Lead HR operations and ensure timely hiring.

Eligibility

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.

MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification preferred.





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and MS Office.
