We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a robust background in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and multiple hiring requirements.
Handle and maintain relationships with multiple clients.
Lead and manage the HR/Recruitment team.
Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.
Manage HR operations, employee relations, onboarding and exit processes.
Handle payroll and statutory compliance including PF, ESI and labour laws.
Prepare HR and recruitment MIS reports.
Support management in HR policies and employee-related matters.
Requirements
6+ years of relevant HR experience.
Consultancy/Staffing experience is strongly preferred.
Experience handling multiple clients is an advantage.
Robust team management and communication skills.
Positive knowledge of HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
Engineering graduate / MBA HR will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
