Salary - 3–4 LPA, based on experience and performance. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with management/hiring managers for manpower requirements.
Handle recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Manage and guide recruitment team members, wherever required.
Track interview, selection, joining, and onboarding status.
Maintain proper recruitment MIS and reports.

Candidate should be currently residing in Bharatpur or willing to relocate to Bharatpur.
