Role & Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise and guide staff members.

Maintain stock, inventory, and cash handling.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.

Achieve daily sales targets and maintain store hygiene.

Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

13 years of experience in Sweet Shop, Restaurant, Hotel, or Retail.

Valuable leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of billing (POS), inventory management, and staff handling.

Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
