We are building an India–Germany healthcare talent mobility business focused on recruiting B.Sc. & GNM nurses, providing German-language training, and placing candidates in Germany through direct employment and Ausbildung pathways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and lead the India–Germany healthcare recruitment business from the ground up.
Develop and manage relationships with German hospitals, Pflegeheime, clinics and healthcare groups.
Build a consistent pipeline of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM candidates across India.
Develop and scale Ausbildung and skilled-nurse placement programs for Germany.
Establish partnerships for German language training, candidate preparation and cultural orientation.
Oversee the complete candidate journey — sourcing → screening → German training → employer interview → recognition → visa → relocation → placement.
Build and manage the India recruitment, counselling and operations team.
Develop the Germany-side business development and employer network.
Negotiate recruitment mandates,



partnerships and commercial agreements with German employers.
Establish SOPs, technology systems, KPIs and processes to make the business scalable.
Take ownership of revenue, deployment numbers, margins, employer acquisition and overall business growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
8–10 years of qualified experience in recruitment, staffing, healthcare or international talent mobility.
Robust experience in international healthcare / nursing recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Ausbildung / skilled-worker placement programs.
Solid business development and employer acquisition experience.
Proven ability to build a business from the ground up and scale operations.
