The recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or virtual interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Foundational knowledge of Human Resources practices, especially recruitment, talent acquisition processes, and basic HR operations.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to use MS Office tools, applicant tracking systems, job portals, and social media platforms for sourcing and managing candidates.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in candidate screening, documentation, and data entry.

Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR internships or project experience are an advantage.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a rapid-paced, process-driven environment within the life sciences or healthcare sector.

Understanding of basic employment regulations and ethical recruitment practices is beneficial.
